Not so bad a day can offer me...it was nice actually. Early morning I received a call from Ate Leah, she said she have something for me, I thought at first it was something about someone we dont like but it turned out to be "future" for me. Since, Allan and I were the first people in the office at the moment, I was able to print and prepare my applications. I wish this time it will be greener than the last.

Something happened! OMG! oooppss, nothing much hahaha I just dont know how to say it.ü Someone swindled us for a piece of "metal thing". Nothing serious!

Im so happy! No work tomorrow! I am wishing for this everyday in my life. Im so sick and tired of coming back here with nothing so interesting to look forward to...I mean no challenge! I want action! hahaha

I wake up and just burst out accidentally something to my sis Syb and everything went into chaos..sori sis.

Work and work and work and work (as if doing something i mean...) since Im so preoccupied with work, I was able to create an MV of all our pics in Camiguin last year with Power of Two by Indigo Girls as background song. Can't wait to share this to my prens Arlene and Marian and Maam Carol and everybody.

I didn't eat my lunch, I plan of having my fasting now...

All day I was working anything I find worth working on and waiting for 4:30 to go home and go to church.

First via crusis I was able to attend. My mom doesn't know that I attended the Ash day. The via crusis ended around 6PM and the mass ended almost 7, I think. I sleep early.

As what I have said in my previous post, I did watch Spirits, Krystala (again only because of Hero) and STLDFM. Well I guess, I fast other things, Im such a bad brat girl.ü OMG Im not brat okay..hehehehe

Im not that preoccupied as always with work, what I did was create an MV of all Seph and Mitch scenes in relud (credit to ihartu of PEX) with Baz Lurhman background song (Romeo and Juliet OST). Its cute actually, I'll try to send copy of it to Ela for her website.

Well I was able to txt my kadas Richard and Feb to meet up with us this afternoon at 6:30PM at Gaisano South Mall foodcourt. Actually, I asked Richard to txt everybody since he's always online now (he has to used chikka. thanks to chikka!) I was also able to call George, but he's hesitant to come due to the fact that he doesn't have any bucks left. But that's fine, anyway, I also contacted Glenn and gladly, he's going. Norlan also tried to be there too.

fastforward...

I left my office exactly 4:30pm. I arrived at the meeting place early and while on the way, I saw bestfriend Hermie, I drag her along! hahaha Sorry girl I made you late on your tutoring class.ü Norlan came and then sister Syb arrived. We were there waiting for the others. Then Farah and Erwin arrived and she introduced Erwin to us. I'm not so shocked anyway because I've been seeing his pictures from Farah and I talked to him when we went to Mati. Anyways, Glenn arrived and then Richard. Since Richard told us that Feb was playing basketball with his opismates, we decided to go already and since its past 7:00pm we decided to eat dinner. Along the way, we saw Feb. Norlan suggested to eat at Penyong since its near for him to go home, Mommy is waiting, tsk tsk. But since Penyong's full, we decided to eat at Dencia's.

While eating, we talk. Me to Farah and Erwin. Me to Syb, Norlan and Glenn. Me to Richard and Feb, who are busy talking about there jobs, they work at the same establishment actually. Norlan went home already. We were so full, thanks to Farah and Erwin.ü Richard suddenly burst out that the guys are inviting Erwin to go with them and bond with them. Haha Farah said no...hahaha kinda afraid...nooo my kadas are good people. So we all went to Pacific Harbor. We drink some and listen to the performers. I told Glenn when are they going to have their new gig, or are they going to play at Pacific Harbor, but he said that Pacific Harbor's purely acoustic...Actually Induce, Glenn's band, is into alternative rock, and now into Alter Bridge, former Creed -my fave band , minus vocalist since Scott goes solo.

I didn't notice what time was it when we decided to go home, oops its not that late okay!ü So we said bye bye na!

Hero's Everybody sis Rhea's bday today and i texted her on the way home. I was able anyway to post my greetings on the site early this afternoon.

Anyways, talking about work, its kinda the same with my usual things..no much work and that drives me crazy! I dont know what to do to keep me busy, I always say this to my other prens here...
So much for that, Im getting ready now because today is not only Chinese New Year. Today also is Ash Wednesday! I have to prepare my self to fast and sacrifice some if not all of my hookings and that inludes most of my eating! hahaha In the sermon of Fr. C. (sorry I forgot his name) If you are hooked to something like teleserye, you have to sacrifice not watching it up to Christ resurrection or at least try not to watch once in a while. I know Lord will not like it but I can't give up watching Spirits, Krystala (because of Hero only), and lastly Save the last dance for me. I dont know why Im so hooked with this Korean series... Well, I will try my best to do as much as I can.

I got a text from my pren Farah, that we will meet tomorrow for her to introduce finally and formally Erwin, her honey (move away Dingdong!ü). So I have to gather my kadas for them also to be able to meet Erwin too. Gotta txt everybody!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Rivermaya won Best Artist - Philippines in the recently concluded MTV Asia Awards 2005 in Bangkok, Thailand. Mark, Rico, Japs, Mike..you guys ROCKS! ;)

my sis and I watch MTV last nyt with much anticipation that Maya will win and we never fail! It was indeed Maya's night! together with other Asian artist they were there! the event shown on tv was the MTV Aid! i'll not say more i'll repost Mark Escueta's (RM's drummer) post on The Ground! (oops its kinda long...i hope you'll read its very exciting!)

Papasok palang kami sa Impact Theater ay nakatanggap ng text si Mike galing kay She nanagsasabing 'Congratulations' at nanalo na nga daw kami. For a while akala namin nanggu-goodtime lang si She hanggang sa unti-unting dumadami na ang nagco-congratulate sa amin. Parang di mapinta yung mga mukha namin kasi natutuwa kami pero at the same time nagtataka kasi di pa nga nagsisimula yung actual show,ayaw pa namin talaga maniwala. Finally nakaupo na kami sa loob at nagsimula na yung show.Gusto muna namin makita yung mismong pagkapanalo namin bago talaga kami mag-celebrate. Sobra yung suspense kasi halos dala-dalawa lang ang pinapakita nilang videos ng Favorite Artist winners in-between performances... ang tagal pa nung Philippines. Napanood namin ang performances nina Kelly Clarkson, Simple Plan, GoodChartlotte, at marami pang Asian artists pero di parin pinapalabas yung segment ng Pinas.

Next scene,tinawag kami ni Cyril (MTV Philippines) para pumunta sa Press room. Nandon ang maraming press photographers from all over the world at kinunan nila kami.Pabalik nakami sa loob nung biglang nakita at nakila namin sa labas ang bandang 'Electrico'. Isa silang malupit na Singaporean band na naparinig sa akin ng kaibigan kong si Alex de Rossi na nag-stay sa Singapore for a while kasi kasama siya sa cast ng isang asian horror film. Nagustuhan din nina Rico, Mike at Japs yung Electrico kaya tuwang-tuwakami nungnakilala namin sila. At alam niyo ba sabi ni Daniel (guitar player) sa amin ni Mike at Rico? "Hey, your from Rivermaya, your band Rocks man!" Siyempre nagulat kami kasi pano nga naman kami makikilala ng isang taga-singapore. Napapanood daw nila kami sa MTV at nagustuhan din nila ang tunog ng Maya! Grabe, talagang kinilabutan ako, siyempre kilala niyo naman si Mike, extra laki ng ngiti niya :D. Tuloy-tuloy na kaming nagkwentuhan ngElectrico, na-meet namin yung buong banda, nag picture taking session pa lahat.

Tapos biglang lumabas yung isang kaibigan nila mula sa loob ng venue at namamadaling pumunta sa amin, siya pala yung producer nila, sabi niya "Hey, you're from the Philippines right? And you guys just won the award!" Ayun na!!! Kinongratulate nila kami at finally talagang na-convince na kami na nanalo na talaga tayo. (hehe, di pa namin talaga napanood kasi nakatambay kami sa labas... pero ayos lang, saya grabe!).Pagkatapos non, bumalik na lahat sa hotel para sa after-party. Nung una kamilang ni Danica at ni Mike ang nagce-celebrate kasi kumain muna sa ibang lugar sina lizza, rico,japs, at jay server. Nakatambay lang kami sa gilid nung biglang napadaan si Ira Cruz at sinabi niya na nandon sila nakatambay sa kabilang side. Sumunod na kami lahat don. Kasama namin sa table sina Bamboo, Nathan, Ira, Dindin, Gab, Booey at ang kanilang mga asawa. Later on, nakabalik na sina Lizza, Rico, Japs at Jay, at kasama na rin nila yung Electrico.

Nakitambay narin sina Sarah Meier, KC Montero at ang ibang mga kaibigan namin from MTV Philippines and MTV Singapore. Grabe, tuloy-tuloy ang daloy ng pagkain at ibat-ibang klaseng inumin. Hinda pa ubos yung kinakain o iniinom mo at may darating nang mga waiters and waitresses na may dalang mga tray ng kung anu-ano. Meron pa ngang umiikot na may dalang ice cream! Grabe ang mga kwentuhan, inuman, at kulitan na nangyari. Nakausap pa ni Mike ang ilang miyembro ng Simple Plan at Hoobastank.Matagal din ang usapan namin ni David (Electrico vocalist) tungkol na eksena ng musika sa Singapore at Pinas, at nagpalitan kami ng ideas kung paano pa mapapaganda ang buong Asian scene. Hopefully this year maimbitahan namin sila dito sa atin para mapanood natin, at sana rin daw makatugtog ang Maya sa Singapore. Earlier, binigyan napala sila ni Lizza ng kopya nung EP namin at sampler ng ibat-ibang kanta, pinakinggan nila sa hotel room nila at nakakatuwa and mga comments nila kasi nagustuhan talaga nila yung mga kanta. Mahaba rin ang naging kwentuhan namin ni Nathan. Pareho kaming tuwang-tuwa sa pagka-exciting ng music scene natin ngayon.

Medyo nag-reminisce din kami at na pag-usapan namin yung jamming at recording nung 'Free' album. Napakinggan kasi ni Nates recently yung Faithless na isa talaga sa mga paborito naming kanta.Maya't-maya ka-join narin si Rico sa kwentuhan.Anyway, ang saya talaga nung gabi. Makikita niyo lahat ito pagna-post ko na yung pictures sa website (www.rivermaya.net), hopefully magawa ko tonight. Ang saya pag sama-sama lahatat nagkakaintidihan. Sana makita rin ito ng mga taong sarado ang isip pilit na pinag-aawayang mga supporters ng ibat-ibang banda. Kung kami nga mismo ay magkakaibigan sana ang mga taga-suporta din. Respeto lang :) (isa pang rason kung ba't proud ako sa mailing list natin) :)

well well well...its been a while since im not blogging things happening in my life..i dont know how to start..well lemme start by saying...its been a very long and tiring days i have....

1. yesterday i received early in the morning a text msg from my kada saying that her gf..yes her gf, meaning she's tomboy (sad to say and accept) that the girl left her already.... i told her for the record that she didn't admit it to me personally that she is like that, i am treating her the way i treat her when that stupid girl was still out of the picture! anyway, i just happy that they splitted up already and hoping someday my kada will realize that she was made to marry a guy!

2. im broke! with everything, i dont have money! all of my salary went to our copra thingin' some of those went to my brother's school obligation! (grad fee, yearbuk soli, pta's and everything!) now, i dont know where to get more to sustain my gimikera lifestyle! oooppps im not like that anymore.... i juz hope i can have enuf bucks to have my papa's pedicab repaired already so that we could have a daily income! hhuhuuhu how i miss my papa....

3. i received an email from one of my job application and that's ePLDT, they said that i have to call their toll free # for my pre-screening...around 5:45 i called up and im so nervous i dont know what to say. a boy receive my call i forgot his name, he had a very bad english accent that i cannot understand! oopppsss i have my english fine and he understand me well...hahahahaha hope so! i hope they hire me, its around 20T bucks compensation waiting for me, i could have our pedicab repaired already..huhuhuhuhu hope so...but the big sacrifice i have to endure is being away from my family..i think the two places are manila and iloilo (oooppsss near boracay!) watever!

4. i had the chance to chat with my old kada too, yesterday, i had to time to go online with my chikka account..feb pm me and we chat for a while!

5. i visited again jet valle's blog. again, he had the most wacky blog ever! more info about our Hero!

thats it for now. i think im drain! hahaha
